Corporate training sessions offered by MerxIQ Solutions, whether delivered online or in person, may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled at our discretion, including due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. Where a certificate of completion is offered for a training program, it is issued by MerxIQ Solutions on satisfactory completion of the program's requirements and does not, by itself, constitute a professional qualification or guarantee of employment outcomes.

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is the property of MerxIQ Solutions or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
